Curtis Potyondi
For more than 25 years, Curtis has worked for and managed Canadian companies in a diverse variety of sectors. He supports SMEs in their strategic planning and business development, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He also advises them on how to integrate ESG criteria into their business model to meet the requirements of stakeholders.
Curtis has held numerous management positions in different industries, such as hospitality, agriculture, petroleum and finance. In 2018, he received the Investment Innovation Fund award from the Private Capital Markets Association of Canada, and in 2017 he was nominated by Ernst and Young for Canada’s EY Entrepreneur of the Year.
Curtis holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan, with a major in marketing and a minor in finance.
Daniel Cyr
Backed by more than 40 years of experience, Daniel specializes in strategic alignment for SMEs, especially in the high-tech and aeronautics industries. He advises them on developing their sales and improving their value chain by optimizing processes and procedures. He is also involved in the project to implement integrated management systems.
Daniel has held numerous management positions at companies of varying sizes, both in Canada and abroad, including Bombardier Aerospace, Kruger International and Atlas Aeronautik.
Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada and is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. He has extensive experience with the Lean method.

With over 30 years of experience in the field, he shares his knowledge of strategy and corporate management to promote sound business governance.
Over the course of his career, he has held executive positions at major national and international companies such as Frito-Lay (PepsiCo), Loblaws, Molson Coors and VegPro International.

Don Murray

He supports them in planning, developing market penetration strategies and optimizing industrial processes. He advises management committees on their strategy for operational innovation. He also participates in projects to implement technology-based solutions for integrated management.
With more than 35 years of experience, Don has held several management positions with companies such as ABB, Industrial Automation and Analytique (Bomem). In 2007, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey by founding Emispec, a system solutions company for recovering energy from waste materials.
Don holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, with a minor in finance, from McGill University. He is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
Édouard Préfontaine
With more than 35 years of experience, Édouard specializes in strategic alignment and growth plans for SMEs in all sectors. He assists them with market research, brand positioning and project feasibility studies in order to define the business opportunities, ultimately leading to adapted marketing plans for local, national or international markets.
After holding positions as Director and Vice-President of Lavalin’s Economic Studies division, Édouard pursued his entrepreneurial career by starting his own consulting firm specializing in strategies, economic feasibility studies and market development for SMEs.
Édouard has a background in economics from the University of Ottawa and an MBA in international management and marketing from HEC Montréal.
Elsa Rolo
With over 25 years of experience, Elsa advises SMEs in optimizing their human resources practices. She assists them in structuring and strengthening their organization, as well as in the implementation of skills development and succession plans. In addition, she acts as a mentor for management teams, helping them achieve their strategic objectives.
She has held several executive positions in human resources departments in companies such as Merck Frosst Canada, Abbott Canada, SNC-Lavalin, ABB Power Grids, and Ventus Therapeutics. She began her entrepreneurial career in 2011 and plays an advisory role in human resources management mandates. Involved in the community, she sits on the board of directors of two community organizations.
Elsa holds a master’s degree in organizational development from HEC Montréal and a certificate in human resources from Université Laval, and she is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles agréés du Québec.

Evelyn Mathieu
With more than 15 years of experience, Evelyn specializes in digital marketing. She shares her approach focused on the customer experience with SMEs in all sectors, helping them define their digital strategy to achieve their growth objectives.
Evelyn has held multiple management positions in the digital experience and e-commerce departments of companies such as Sobeys, Bombardier and LCI Education.

Fabio holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and also has a graduate degree in management from the Université de Sherbrooke.
