Llynne has over 25 years of experience in R&D and innovation program management with the National Research Council (NRC), Atomic Energy Canada and the Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP). Prior to joining NRC-IRAP in 2007, Llynne held roles focused on supporting SMEs with various federal departments, such as Office of Small and Medium Enterprise at Public Works Government Services Canada, and Export Development Canada. Llynne also spent 11 years in the Ottawa information and communication technology industry in positions of international business development, sales and marketing, and R&D project management.
Llynne has an MBA from Queen’s University, a diploma in Chemical Engineering from Cambrian College, an Executive Certificate in Conflict Management, and a Certificate in International Trade Management. Llynne is a PhD Candidate with the Carleton Sprott School of Business studying organizational change and professional identity.
Today, she’s dedicated to implementing a new specialized leadership coaching offer for private companies and government agencies.
