Sophie Rouillier
Sophie specializes in marketing and sales optimization for SMEs, especially the B2B approach. She advises them on their strategies for getting products to market and managing sales teams, and supports them in developing partnerships and acquiring or selling companies.
A seasoned entrepreneur, Sophie co-founded 6Telecom (now owned by Rogers), which she headed for 26 years, positioning the company as a leader in selling telecom solutions to SMEs in North America. She is currently an entrepreneur in residence at HEC Montréal.
Sophie studied management accounting at UQÀM and holds an MBA from the McGill – HEC executive program.
Stéphane Rousseau
Stéphane specializes in operations management for manufacturing SMEs. He supports them in optimizing their processes, whether through organizational changes or by implementing integrated management, automation or robotization solutions. He also advises them on introducing best management practices and using performance indicators to monitor performance.
With more than 30 years of experience, Stéphane has held a number of management positions at international companies such as Kruger, Cascades and LeddarTech.
Stéphane holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in chemical engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, as well as an MBA from Queen’s University. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Stéphanie Goyette
With more than 25 years of experience, Stéphanie specializes in operations optimization and logistics for SMEs. She supports them in managing their supply chain and logistics, and improving their processes to meet market demands more efficiently.
Stéphanie has held executive positions at transportation and manufacturing companies such as Kruger, RONA and BP Canada.
Stéphanie holds a bachelor’s degree in education from the Université de Montréal and a certificate in transportation from UQÀM.
Sylvain G. Aubry
With more than 30 years of experience, Sylvain specializes in optimizing value chains, as well as strategic thinking and planning. He acts as a mentor to executives, supporting them in management training, implementing Lean processes, diagnostics, organizational and operational development, along with business strategies, human resources and international standards.
Sylvain has held executive positions at high-tech manufacturing companies in Canada and abroad. As an expert in the Lean method, he has introduced the approach at Pratt & Whitney Canada, Bombardier and Groupe Soucy.
Sylvain holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and an executive MBA from UQÀM.
Sylvain Lebel
Sylvain specializes in strategic alignment for manufacturing SMEs. He supports them in their planning, marketing and merchandising strategies for the retail sector. He also acts as a mentor for sales teams, advising them on skills development and strategies for customer relationship management.
Drawing on more than 25 years of experience, Sylvain has held various management positions at retailers such as Loblaws, Walmart and Sobeys. An active member of the community, he sits on the board of directors of the non-profit Le Support, supporting the Quebec Intellectual Disability Society.
Sylvain holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations from Université Laval and has completed the strategic leadership program for senior executives of large corporations at Helios Executive Institute, HEC Montréal. He is also a Certified Corporate Coach. (CCC®)
Sylvie Chapron
For over 30 years, Sylvie has specialized in B2B and B2C marketing strategies. She shares her expertise and hands-on approach with SMEs to guide them in client experience, product and service marketing, and strategic planning. She is also involved in projects to implement ESG criteria in organizations.
Sylvie has held a number of executive positions at major national and international companies such as Fromagerie Bergeron; Citadelle, Coopérative de producteurs de sirop d’érable; Egg Farmers of Canada and the Royal Canadian Mint.
Sylvie has a background in marketing management, branding, product development and leadership from McGill University and HEC Montréal. She also went on to earn her leadership certification from École d’Entrepreneurship de Beauce.
Valérie Picard
Valérie supports SMEs in their financial challenges. She advises them on financing, improving margins and profitability, and implementing management charts. She also advises them on business transfer strategies as part of succession and sale plans.
Backed by 30 years of experience, Valérie has held a number of senior positions in the Canadian banking sector, including Vice President, Commercial Banking for TD Bank Financial Group. She now devotes her time to coaching and business consulting.
Valérie holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in finance from HEC Montréal and received training in corporate governance from McGill University’s Executive Institute.
Vincent Bélanger
For more than 30 years, Vincent has specialized in financial strategy. He supports SMEs in their financial planning, structure and modelling. He also advises them on improving their accounting processes, identifying financial partners and merger and acquisition projects.
Vincent has held several positions with major accounting firms such as KPMG and Mallette, as well as financial executive positions with SMEs. He embarked on his entrepreneurial journey over 15 years ago by starting his own business and financial consulting firm.
Vincent holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration – public accounting from Université Laval and is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (CPA).
Vincent Giard
Vincent advises SMEs in the agri-food sector on their strategic and financial planning. He also supports them in organizing their governance and sales team management processes.
With over 30 years of experience in the agri-food industry, Vincent has held a number of management and executive positions with Farm Credit Canada (FCC). He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Centre hospitalier universitaire vétérinaire (CHUV) of Université de Montréal’s Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, and of Soleno, a manufacturing company.
Vincent holds a bachelor’s degree in agronomy from McGill University and an MBA from HEC Montréal. He is also a Chartered Director (“ASC” in Quebec) from the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés.
