Marie-Christine Ruest
For more than 17 years, Marie-Christine has specialized in human resources, supporting SMEs especially in recruitment, performance management, retention and engagement. Among other things, she provides advice on organizational structure, skills development, change management and succession planning. She also participates in projects to coach company managers and executives in management skills.
Marie-Christine has held a number of positions in consulting and coaching for operations, professional and management teams in the manufacturing and consulting engineering sectors, in particular at Premier Tech and SNC-Lavalin.
Marie-Christine holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Université du Québec à Montréal, as well as a certificate in human resources management from HEC Montréal. She is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles agréés du Québec as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).

Mario Poirier
With more than 40 years of experience, Mario specializes in business and project management, as well as information technology. He supports SMEs in the manufacturing sector, advising them on the choice of technological solutions aimed at improving their operational efficiency.
He has occupied numerous management positions at engineering and project management consulting firms such as Cegertec WorleyParsons, in addition to carrying out large-scale projects in various fields, including digital transformation.
Mario holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, along with an MBA from Université du Québec à Montréal. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI), and a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
Martin Spalding
Martin specializes in sales and marketing for SMEs in all industries. He assists them with strategic and operational planning, developing innovative tactics to reach customers across various channels. He has an extensive understanding of operations and how different departments work together.
With more than 30 years of experience, Martin has held a number of senior executive positions at entertainment and media companies such as Grand Prix du Canada, Astral and Bell Media.
He holds an MBA from Concordia University, a post-MBA in strategy, as well as a certificate in digital content and community management from McGill University. Martin also possesses two coaching certifications: The Professional and Personal Coach Certification (PPCC) and the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from Concordia University. In addition, he has earned the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Mathias Péloquin
Mathias Péloquin's solid corporate and strategic experience enables him to support companies in their digital transformation projects, proposing customized solutions to optimize their performance and support their growth. In 2018, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey by heading a company specializing in e-commerce for the food sector. He now focuses on consulting and coaching activities.

Nabil Saad
With more than 30 years of experience in world-class companies, Nabil R. As director of turbine structures at Pratt & Whitney Canada, he led the development of the new generation of aeroengines. He then served as Vice-President and General Manager of Corporate Solutions at Bombardier Aerospace, built the Global Express competency centre and integrated it into the Montreal aerospace cluster to optimize its supply chain. With Bombardier Transportation in Berlin, he led the international team that developed the next generation of high-speed trains.
Nabil holds a Ph.D. in engineering from McGill University. He is the author of several scientific publications and has taught post-graduate courses in aeronautical engineering at McGill University and Polytechnique Montréal.
