With 20 years' experience in human resources, Marie-Claude supports companies in their organizational and digital transformations, placing change management at the heart of her interventions. She also advises companies on strategic issues such as skills development, digitalization of HR functions, optimization of organizational structure and processes, and improving team commitment and performance.
Over the course of her career, she has held senior positions with leading companies inthe manufacturing and energy sectors, including Cascades and Boralex.
Marie-Claude holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations and a master's degree in Organizational management and development from Université Laval.
