Drawing on more than 40 years of experience, Michel specializes in business development for SMEs in all sectors.
He supports them in their strategic planning, as well as in managing organizational and operational changes. He also acts as a mentor for sales team managers, advising them on marketing strategies and sales tactics to foster growth.
Michel has held a number of management positions at international companies such as Frito Lay, Coca-Cola Bottling, Bimbo Canada (Canada Bread), Warner Lambert and Unisource Canada.
Michel holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a major in marketing and finance, from HEC Montréal.
