Hélène Deschênes

Hélène specializes in corporate governance and strategy for manufacturing SMEs in all sectors. She supports companies in their structural transformations and helps them build action plans promoting change management that is engaging for all stakeholders.

Hélène has over 35 years of experience and has held executive positions at both small and large manufacturing companies. She has also served on several boards of directors and as Chair of the Board of an Integrated Health and Social Services Centre for nine years.

Hélène holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Université Laval. She has also completed a number of training courses from the Institute for Governance of Private and Public Organizations.
