With more than 35 years of experience, Hélène specializes in strategic alignment, coaching and governance for SMEs, especially in the aerospace and technology sectors. She supports executive teams in their strategic thinking, growth management and talent engagement in an intercultural and multifunctional context.
Hélène has occupied a variety of strategic positions in France and other countries, in the aeronautics, security and defence sectors. She has served in senior management positions at major international companies, including subsidiaries of Safran. An active member of the community, she is involved in providing schooling for disadvantaged children in Haiti (Fondation Québec-La Tortue), Cambodia (Toutes à l'École) and Nepal.
Hélène is also deeply committed to developing women’s leadership.
Hélène holds a double MBA earned in France and the United States, and is a Certified Corporate Coach (CCC®). She is also a Certified Corporate Director (CCD).
